One click on the interview, one real meeting
Interviews in BeeXpro HR are scheduled directly on the candidate, inside the visual pipeline. With Zoom connected, adding the video room is a single click: the platform creates a genuine Zoom meeting — not a pasted URL that may point at last week's call — and attaches it to the interview. The tab-switching, copying and "sorry, wrong link" follow-ups simply stop happening.
The meeting also stays connected to the rest of the process. Interview kits and interviewer scorecards live on the same record, and the pipeline keeps a full status history — so the Zoom link is one part of a documented hiring step, not a stray URL in somebody's sent folder.
Connected per interviewer, not per vendor
The Zoom connection uses per-user OAuth: each recruiter or hiring manager signs in with their own Zoom, once. It is the platform's own-account principle applied at the level where video calls actually live — the individual calendar:
- Meetings are created in the account of the person who will run the interview, so their Zoom shows their interviews.
- There is no shared "recruiting Zoom login" to pass around, and no vendor account sitting between you and your candidate.
- New team members set themselves up in minutes by connecting once — no admin project, no IT ticket.
Zoom for the human rounds, voice AI for the first pass
Live video is one stage of the pipeline, and usually not the first. Before a human blocks an hour, BeeXpro HR can run a real-time voice AI interview in the job's language, with skill-alignment and temperament analysis delivered afterwards — so Zoom time goes to candidates who have already shown substance. And if your organization runs on Meet or Teams instead, the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 integrations attach those links the same way — those two also add calendar events, candidate invites and free/busy self-scheduling.

Frequently asked questions
Does the whole company share one Zoom connection?
No. Zoom is connected per user, with each interviewer authorizing their own account. Meetings are created where they belong — in the calendar of the person running the interview.
Is it an actual Zoom meeting or just a link field?
An actual meeting, created through the interviewer's connected Zoom account at the moment you add it to the scheduled interview. Nothing is typed or pasted by hand.
We use Teams or Google Meet — is Zoom required?
Not at all. BeeXpro HR also integrates with Microsoft 365 (Teams links, Outlook events) and Google Workspace (Meet links, Calendar events). Zoom is one option among three.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes per interviewer: sign in with Zoom from inside BeeXpro HR and approve access. There is nothing to install and no company-wide rollout to plan.
