Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to set up an integration?
No. Every integration is connected from inside the app by a company admin — e-signature and storage providers with a sign-in or API key, meeting providers with a per-user sign-in. There is no code and no IT project.
Whose account do the integrations use?
Your company's own account. BeeXpro HR never pools customers into one shared vendor account: contracts are sent from your DocuSign or Adobe account and branding, meetings are created in your Zoom, Google or Microsoft calendar, and Dropbox-stored documents live in your Dropbox.
What happens if we disconnect an integration?
You can disconnect at any time from inside the app. Built-in equivalents keep working — for example, the built-in e-signature flow needs no external provider at all.
