Adobe Acrobat Sign + BeeXpro HR: your agreements, your Adobe account

An employment contract is often the first legal document a candidate ever signs with you — it should arrive under your name. BeeXpro HR sends offers and contracts through your company's own Adobe Acrobat Sign account: the request carries your identity, the agreement is filed in your Adobe history, and the signed copy flows back into the hiring pipeline on its own.

From draft to signed agreement

  1. Connect once: a company admin signs in with your Adobe credentials from inside BeeXpro HR and approves access. That is the entire integration project — nothing to configure on Adobe's side, no consultant on yours.
  2. Prepare the contract: offers and employment contracts are generated from merge-field templates, so company, candidate, role and terms are filled in before anyone opens a text editor.
  3. Send as an Adobe agreement: the document goes out through your own Adobe Acrobat Sign account — not through a shared vendor account the candidate has never heard of.
  4. Watch it come back: BeeXpro HR keeps the agreement status in sync automatically and retrieves the signed document for you. The app refreshes state on its own, so nobody has to babysit a second dashboard until legal paperwork completes.

And once the candidate accepts, hiring them is one step: the application becomes an employee record with the offer, documents and interview history still attached.

Why the agreement should carry your name

Plenty of recruiting tools route e-signature through the vendor's own provider account. It technically works, but it costs you three things this integration gives back:

Already covered if you never connect Adobe

E-signature is not gated behind an integration. Out of the box, BeeXpro HR gives every candidate a secure signing link; they draw their signature and it is sealed into the PDF along with a name, email, IP and timestamp audit trail. Connect Adobe Acrobat Sign when your legal team has standardized on it — or use DocuSign or Dropbox Sign if that is where your agreements live instead. The full picture is on e-signature for HR.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need Adobe Acrobat Sign before we can send offers?

No. BeeXpro HR includes built-in e-signature that works with zero setup. Adobe Acrobat Sign is for companies that already run agreements through Adobe and want hiring paperwork in the same account.

How does BeeXpro HR know when the candidate has signed?

Status is synchronized automatically: the app refreshes the agreement state on its own and retrieves the signed document once signing completes, so the offer record stays current without anyone checking Adobe manually.

Who sets up the connection?

A company admin, by signing in with your Adobe account from inside BeeXpro HR and approving access. There are no API keys to manage and no developer work on either side.

Can another company on the platform use our Adobe account?

No. Connections are per company and tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer. Each customer connects, and sends through, only its own provider account.
