Hired candidate to employee record — one step
The moment a candidate accepts, you convert them into an employee with a single action. Nothing is exported, re-typed or lost in the handover: the signed offer, uploaded documents and the entire interview history stay attached to the new employee record.
That continuity matters later, too. When a manager or HR opens an employee's file a year on, the context of how and why they were hired — assessments, scorecards, the contract itself — is right there.
Recruit: the hiring side
Recruit is a complete ATS: AI scoring of every incoming CV, real-time voice AI interviews, a visual pipeline with funnel and time-to-hire analytics, interviewer scorecards, white-label career sites, employee referrals, headcount requisitions with approvals, and offers sent for e-signature.
Onboarding checklists bridge the accepted offer and the first day, so the transition into the HRIS side begins before the start date. Recruitment agencies get a dedicated mode, with end-clients served through a branded read-only portal.
People: the HR side
People carries the employment relationship from day one onward: configurable leave types with business-day counting that respects each employee's country public holidays, travel orders with cash advances and approvals, a document vault (platform storage or your own Dropbox), expirables such as permits and medical checks with reminders, salary history, OKR goals with check-ins, and review cycles with self and manager reviews plus 360° peer feedback.
Structure comes from departments and a geographic org tree — group, region, country, location — which also powers multi-country HR with scoped roles and per-country rules.
Modular by design: buy one, the other, or both
Recruit and People are independent subscriptions with their own tiers, so an agency can run Recruit alone and an established company can adopt People without the ATS. Every new company starts in an isolated demo sandbox with sample data and goes live by picking a monthly plan — details on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions
Can we subscribe to just the ATS or just the HRIS?
Yes. Recruit and People are modular subscriptions with independent tiers — start with one and add the other later without changing platforms.
What exactly transfers when a candidate is hired?
The whole story: the offer, every document collected during hiring, and the full interview history are attached to the employee record created in that one step.
Do we need an integration between the hiring and HR modules?
No. They are two products on the same platform sharing the same data, so there is no sync job, no CSV export and no middleware to maintain.
How does billing work?
Companies begin in a free demo sandbox and go live by choosing a monthly plan, with secure self-service checkout and a billing portal. Current tiers are listed on the pricing page.
